What are you stuck on?

Selling HighLevel services without discounting your way into bad accounts

Most agencies do not have a HighLevel problem when sales stall — they have an offer problem. Nexus Hub helps you package what you can actually deliver, price it, and say it clearly.

Where agencies get stuck

What this usually looks like

  • Your offer is a feature list, so prospects compare you on price
  • Discovery calls end in "send me a proposal" and go quiet
  • You are unsure whether to sell services, SaaS, or both
  • Your funnels and follow-up are not doing the selling for you
Questions Nexus can help you answer

Bring these to the community or a live call

  • How should I package and price this for the clients I actually want?

Package around the outcome you can deliver repeatably, not the tools you use. Set a price you can hold without discounting, and define what is out of scope in writing so the offer stays profitable when a client asks for more.

  • What should my SaaS plans include, and what stays a paid service?

Anything self-serve and automated belongs in the plan. Anything that consumes your time — builds, migrations, ad management, custom work — stays a separate paid service, otherwise your subscription revenue funds unpaid labour.

  • How do I present the system on a call without a feature dump?

Lead with the problem the prospect described, show the one path that solves it, and stop. Demo the flow a lead takes, not the builder screens — features only make sense once the buyer has seen their own situation handled.

  • Which follow-up sequence should be doing this work for me?

At a minimum: instant response to new leads, a short multi-day nudge for no-shows and unanswered proposals, appointment reminders, and a long-cycle reactivation for old leads. Build them once and measure reply rates before adding more.

Turn Your Custom Fields Into Real Metrics in Sub-account dashboards and custom reports

You can now use numeric and monetary custom fields as live metrics across sub-account dashboards, custom reports, and metric modules. Custom data like property values, treatment costs, or unique deal sizes can be automatically aggregated using sum, minimum, maximum, or average functions. This eliminates the need to export data to spreadsheets for manual calculations, allowing you to build tailored reports directly inside the platform. Newly created custom fields appear as selectable metrics instantly without requiring extra setup.

Introducing New Templates

HighLevel has expanded its library with fresh pre-built assets across websites, funnels, emails, social media, ad campaigns, workflows, and snapshots. These additions target specific niches like automotive, health and wellness, finance, real estate, and creative services. Agency owners can use these customizable tools to quickly set up marketing assets and automations for clients, saving significant setup time.

Your SaaS Customers Can Now Change Plans and Billing Frequency Together

SaaS end-users can now update their subscription plan and switch their billing frequency at the same time. Previously, clients had to manage tier upgrades or downgrades separately from switching between monthly and annual payments. This update gives your customers greater flexibility to adjust their account settings in a single step, though proration is not currently supported for these combined updates.

Email Events: Message ID Now Available in the Dynamic Picker

Workflows triggered by email opens and clicks now include a unique Message ID variable that can be passed through webhooks. Previously, webhooks lacked a way to specify which exact email generated an event, leading to inaccurate external reporting when contacts opened older messages or viewed an email multiple times. With this update, agencies sending event data to external analytics tools can accurately link engagement to specific emails and easily deduplicate repeat opens.
