Community guidelines

How members are expected to treat each other, and what happens when that breaks down.

Last reviewed: 7 August 2026

Nexus Hub is a working community for HighLevel agency owners. These guidelines exist so people can share real problems, real numbers and real client situations without it being used against them.

Respectful conduct

Assume everyone here is trying to run a real business. Critique the approach, not the person. No condescension toward beginners, no dismissing questions as obvious, and no arguing in bad faith. Disagreement is welcome; contempt is not.

Confidentiality

What is shared inside the community stays inside the community. Do not screenshot, repost, or quote another member's numbers, clients, or account details outside Nexus Hub. Call recordings and member resources are for members only.

Account sharing

A membership is for one person and may not be shared, resold, or passed to anyone outside the member's own company. Shared logins are the fastest way to lose access.

Self-promotion

Answer questions to be useful, not to funnel people to your offer. Do not pitch members in comments or in unsolicited direct messages. Mentioning your own product is fine when it genuinely answers the question and you disclose that it is yours.

Partner promotion

Partners and affiliates follow the same rules as everyone else, and must say plainly when they work for or profit from a tool they are recommending. Undisclosed promotion — from a partner or a member — is treated as spam.

Harassment

No harassment, targeted insults, slurs, sexual harassment, threats, or persistent unwanted contact. This applies in posts, comments, direct messages, and on live calls.

Prohibited content

No illegal content, no hate speech, no adult content, no scraped or pirated material, no credentials or API keys belonging to anyone else, no other members' personal information, and no automated scraping of community content or resources.

Suspension or removal

Depending on severity, we may edit or remove a post, issue a warning, mute an account, or remove access. Sharing accounts, harassment, and posting prohibited content can result in immediate removal.

Reporting

Report a problem by flagging the post inside the community or by using the contact routes on this site. Tell us what happened and where. We do not disclose who reported an issue to the person reported.

Appeals

If your access is restricted or removed you can ask us to review it. Send the account email and what you believe was misjudged, and a human will review the decision and reply with the outcome.
