Billing

Membership is $49 per month in USD, charged through the GoKollab checkout that hosts the Nexus Hub community. Nothing is charged before you confirm at checkout, and there is no trial period.

Refunds

Memberships are non-refundable. Because there is no trial, every live call, resource and library on the site is described upfront before you join.

Team access

A membership covers one person. Accounts, logins, recordings and member resources may not be shared, resold, or used by anyone outside the member's own company, and shared logins can result in access being removed. If other people on your team need access, each of them joins with their own $49/month membership — there are no bundled seats and no per-seat upsells.

Community access

Checkout creates your GoKollab account and unlocks the private Nexus Hub community: the live calls five times a week, the resource library, snapshots, SOPs, courses and the member areas of this site.

Some details are still being confirmed against the live checkout and are not published here yet. If you need one of them before joining, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

Where membership is managed

Membership, payment and cancellation are handled inside the GoKollab-hosted Nexus Hub community, using the email address you joined with. For help with billing or access, use the membership route on our contact page.

Account rules

A membership is for one person. Accounts, logins and member resources may not be shared, resold, or used by anyone outside the member's own company. You are responsible for activity under your account, and Nexus Hub may suspend or remove access for account sharing or for conduct that breaks the community guidelines.
