A place in the partner directory, after we have used the product ourselves inside a real HighLevel account.

How it works

1. You apply and tell us which agency problem the product solves.
2. We evaluate the product independently — set-up, HighLevel fit, where it breaks down.
3. If it earns a place, the listing states what it is for, who it suits, when it is the wrong choice, and our relationship with you.
4. Listings carry a review date and are re-checked over time.

What we commit to

• Nexus Hub evaluates products independently. Our assessment is ours, not yours to approve.
• Payment does not guarantee inclusion. No fee buys a listing, a position in the partner directory, or a rating — sponsorship money only ever buys a labelled slot such as sponsored research, and never changes editorial placement.
• Products may be declined, or removed later if member experience, support quality, or HighLevel compatibility changes.
• Commercial relationships — affiliate, sponsorship or ownership — are disclosed on the page where the product appears.

Something concrete for Nexus Hub members that they could not get on their own. Proposed by you, verified by us before it is ever published.

How it works

1. You propose the benefit and the terms in writing.
2. We check that it is real, that members can actually redeem it, and that the terms are not misleading.
3. Only once verified does it appear anywhere on this site or inside the community.
4. If a benefit lapses or changes, we remove or correct it.

What we commit to

• We do not describe any benefit as available until we have verified it.
• A benefit is never a substitute for the product being worth using.
• Benefit terms are stated plainly, including anything that expires or excludes existing customers.

A live session or workshop for members, built around a problem agencies genuinely have — not around your feature list.

How it works

1. You propose a topic tied to a real agency problem.
2. We shape the session outline with you so it teaches a workflow, not a pitch.
3. The session runs live with members asking real questions.
4. Any promotional segment is separated from the teaching and labelled as promotional.

What we commit to

• Sessions must solve a real agency problem, stated up front.
• The education has to stay useful to a member who never buys your product.
• Promotional content is clearly identified as promotional wherever it appears.
• Nexus Hub retains editorial control over the framing, the questions asked, and what is published afterwards.

You fund a piece of research — a benchmark, a teardown, a survey of member practice. You do not get to shape what it finds.

How it works

1. We agree the question and the method before any work begins.
2. We run the research and write it up, including results that are inconvenient for the sponsor.
3. The published piece carries the sponsorship label, the method, and any conflicts.

What we commit to

• Sponsorship is clearly labelled on the research itself, not buried in a footer.
• Sponsors do not control, approve, or veto the findings.
• The methodology is published alongside the results, along with its limits and sample size.
• Conflicts of interest — including our own — are disclosed in the piece.
• Sponsoring research does not earn a partner-directory listing or affect the position of any tool already listed.
