1. Who we are

Nexus Hub is an independent education and community platform for HighLevel agency owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel. HighLevel is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Eligibility and accounts

To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to: harass, abuse, or harm others; share illegal, defamatory, or infringing content; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use automated means to scrape or copy content without permission.

4. Membership and payments

Some parts of the Services require a paid membership. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at the point of purchase.

The current price, billing cadence, refund position and access rules are set out on Membership and cancellation.

5. Intellectual property

The content, materials, and branding on the Services are owned by Nexus Hub or licensed to us. You may view and use content for personal, educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Educational content is based on our experience and research, but platform features and best practices change. Always verify important information against your own account and official sources before acting.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Hub and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

8. Community accounts and conduct

A membership is for one person. Accounts, logins and member resources may not be shared, resold, or used by anyone outside the member's own company. You are responsible for activity under your account, and Nexus Hub may suspend or remove access for account sharing or for conduct that breaks the community guidelines.

The full conduct, confidentiality and promotion rules for the community are set out in the Community guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

11. Contact us

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us through the Nexus Hub community portal or by email at support@nexushub.club.

Every contact route — support, membership, privacy, partner inquiries and error reports — is listed on the contact page.
