Quick overview
This was a big product release day. We announced more than 300 new features, major AI improvements, performance and UX upgrades, security milestones, and changes to pricing. The focus was clear: make AI practical for real businesses, speed up the platform, and give agencies and partners more ways to sell, automate, and scale.
Where Pinnacle stands today
- Team and offices: We grew from roughly 1,200 employees last year to around 2,000 across 10 countries. New offices and a creator studio are coming, including a Dubai location to better serve international teams.
- Affiliate impact: The affiliate program has paid out over $150 million to date and continues to add incentives like electric cars and new rewards.
- Certification and partners: A certification program has produced 903 new certified partners and admins who help onboard new businesses.
- Reach and results: Pinnacle now supports roughly 2.2 million businesses. Key platform numbers shared at the event:
- Leads moved from 2.3 billion to 6.9 billion year over year.
- Opportunities grew from 505 million to 2 billion.
- Appointments rose from 62 million to 179 million.
- Sales processed grew from $2.1 billion to $4.2 billion.
AI: The center of this release
AI was the main theme. The goal was to give agencies and businesses AI tools they can sell right now: tools that reduce labor and scale customer interactions. Here are the key AI product updates.
Voice AI
- Adoption: 514,000 agents created and more than 4.6 million calls answered by AI so far, leading to about 20,000 appointments booked.
- New features: prompt evaluator, support for multiple LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and more), expanded prompt length, and MCP integration for real-time CRM access.
- APIs: Developers can create and manage voice agents via API. System prompts are now editable for advanced customization.
- Voice chat widget: Add a live voice agent to your website so visitors can talk to an agent instead of typing.
- AI outbound calls: Launched with safety controls. Outbound calling will be token cost only through December to let agencies experiment.
Conversation AI
- Scale: Conversation AI handles millions of messages. The platform reported 7.7 million messages processed and an average of 250,000 messages per day during the demo period.
- Flow-based builder: Build bots that follow a specific sequence for lead nurture and other workflows.
- Multi-calendar booking: The AI picks the right calendar automatically for salons, spas, and multi-resource businesses with no extra setup.
- Multi-format understanding: The AI now understands images and voice notes and can reply accordingly. Transcripts and summaries are automatically generated.
- Prompt and model power: Prompt length increased from 2,000 to 15,000 words for building complex conversation agents. Multiple LLM support is available.
- APIs: Conversation AI APIs are public for integrations and custom flows.
Knowledge base and memory
The platform strengthened its knowledge base capabilities and introduced memory features so AI can use contact and user context. Supported data sources include websites, tables, CSVs, PDFs, docs, and live web search indexing. The knowledge base plus memory makes AI responses more contextual and personalized.
Funnel AI and Agent Studio
- Funnel AI: A visual, code-free experience that creates landing pages and funnels from prompts or by copying styles from any URL. The builder generates task lists and layout changes on demand.
- Agent Studio: Build, test, and deploy agents that create content, run campaigns, or operate as assistants. This includes content creation tools for video, images, and social media posts using built-in models.
- Ask AI: A unified interface for accessing agents. Agents created in the studio are available inside Ask AI for one-stop control.
- MCP integrations: Over 15 tools tied into the Agent Builder so created content can be published or scheduled.
Email, blog, and workflows AI
- Email AI: Create professional, internationalized emails quickly. Integrates into workflows so you can build email sequences as part of automation.
- Blog AI: Generate SEO-optimized blog content inside the platform.
- Workflows AI: Chat-driven workflow creation and editing. You can select and edit multiple nodes, condense emails, and let AI iterate on your automation.
Performance, reliability, and UX improvements
Performance and stability were a major focus. Teams worked on speed, memory usage, and reliability across the product.
- Conversations page: Performance improved by about 40 percent and browser memory usage reduced to avoid crashes.
- Workflows: Error rate dropped to extremely low levels and trigger latency became effectively instant.
- Funnels and websites: Mobile speed significantly improved. Automated checks analyze templates and pages to remove performance offenders.
- Social planner: Post failures down 54 percent and overall connection stability improved.
- Mobile app: 99.97 percent crash-free sessions and much faster load times. A brand new mobile app was announced with Ask AI, universal search, and improved UX.
- UX updates: Redesigned contact and conversation pages, modular contact detail panel, keyboard shortcuts, and a framework for upcoming personal email hosting.
Marketplace, integrations, and developer tools
- Marketplace growth: Over 1,400 apps in the marketplace. About 53 percent of subaccounts have at least one marketplace app installed.
- New capabilities: Sell templates, a JavaScript/TypeScript SDK, and reseller options for marketplace apps.
- Integrations: Ongoing expansion across ad platforms, social channels, payment gateways, QuickBooks two-way sync, WooCommerce and WordPress enhancements, ShipStation, Printify, and more.
